The pet carrier backpack can carry a cat up to 14lbs (~ 6.5 kg), a dog up to 11lbs (~ 5 kg) or any other small animal up to 14lbs (~ 6.5 kg).
The Astro pet carrier is made from high quality eco-friendly materials with no smell and it comes with up to 9 air holes and 3 holes on the hemispherical window.
Astro Pet Carrier Backpack
Some of our customers use the Astro pet backpack to transport birds, raccoons, hamsters, guinea pigs or other small animals. The interior is comfortable and spacious making the pet carrier perfect to accommodate most cats, small dogs sizes and other pets.
You can wear it in front or in the back, either way wearing the backpack is comfortable for you too.
The Astro pet backpack size is 12.5inch (~32cm) in length, 11.4inch (~29cm) in width and 16.5inch (~42cm) in height. The weight of the pet carrier backpack is 2.7lbs (~ 1.2kg). Note that manual measurements can give an error up to 1 inch.
The Astro pet backpack carrier has a durable shell with hard top and hard base. The holes offer a proper ventilation to keep your pet cool during transportation. The soft pad of the backpack is removable and can be washed. It has a built-in locker to prevent unforeseen escape or opening of the backpack from the inside.
The Astro pet carrier comes with a smooth zipper, adjustable straps, side opening and a comfortable handle.
It can be used as a cat carrier, dog carrier or a pet carrier. You can carry other pets besides cats and small dogs.
The pet carrier backpack is made of high quality materials: polycarbonate, oxford fabric and the transparent window is made of PMMA (Poly methyl methacrylate). The soft pad is made of wool.
The materials we use are eco-friendly with no smell, exterior colors are vivid and the hemispherical transparent window is hard and thick making it impossible to be deformed or change its shape.
Beware of cheap copies: they are made out of low quality plastic that break easily, painted with faded colors and the hemispherical transparent window is flexible.
The Astro Pet is waterproof and the interior is resistant to scratches.

How to install the Astro pet window
Get the hemispherical transparent window and put the black ring on. Put both of them on the fillet of the backpack and start rotate it clockwise until you cannot rotate it anymore. You're done!
Astro pet comes covered with a protective thin film and you should peel it off.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We offer a refund or a replacement on missing or stolen parcel.
For missing parcels with the status "Delivered", please contact your carrier, post office for more information.

Refunds for incorrect shipping address.
In order to resend the product, an additional shipping fee will be required.
If a refund is requested instead of re-sending the product, the shipping fee for returning the product to us, will be deducted from the initial payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

We are terribly sorry if your order arrived Damaged or Defective. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault (within 3 days of receiving your parcel) please contact us immediately with photos or a short video.
If you fail to contact us within 30 days from your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50 or $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
